If you are on Artemis, then yes :)

If you haven’t seen any of the e-mails about it over the last few months then you need to login to your client account and make sure your e-mail is current!

We can receive email OK as of now (09:45, Friday) but cannot send using Thunderbird client or Horde webmail – error 451

      Hello Dave,
This should now be resolved, can you confrirm please?

      • Dave Glover says:

Yes, it’s now working just fine in both regards. Thank you. Our website was down for a time last night as you suggested it would be but it all seemed OK later. Congratulations on a pretty smooth system overhaul!

  4. Hi, two of my add-on domains (on artemis) are unable to receive email since the migration. They can send email through webmail, and all other add-on domains on the same package work fine. Any thoughts? Can’t get on support site to submit a ticket. Thanks.

      Hello Matt,
I think you’ve been blocked by the firewall for attempting to collect your email from mail.krystal.co.uk
I’ve now flushed the firewall, can you confirm you can get to http://www.krystal.info? If you can please submit a ticket with the addon domains and let us know what mail settings you’re trying to us.
      Thanks
