Monitoring — Unfortunately, our outbound spam filtering partner, MailChannels, have experienced an issue with part of their infrastructure. This has resulted in delayed emails and in some cases, emails bouncing back with a "lost connection" error message. They believe the underlying issue has now been resolved but there may be some additional residual impact with delays and bounces from emails sent previously.
