Resolved — No further issues have been reported or found in monitoring and testing, we are happy that this is now resolved.
Monitoring — We have now seen improvements in connectivity across to Amazon based servers, but we will continue to monitor the situation in the upcoming hours.
Investigating — The previous issue is still apparent with customers seeing intermittent connection issues across to Amazon servers. We will continue to monitor the situation, all tests we've run still point to a routing issue within Amazon's network.
